As a Consumer in the State of California...
You have the right to choose the facility you wish to repair your vehicle, this can only change if you agreed to a contract repair facility at the time you signed your insurance contract. You have the right to a written estimate with a dollar value prior to beginning repairs. If your vehicle is leased, you have the right to original equipment parts of manufacture.
